Theo quy định mới, những người tham gia BHXH theo hình thức hộ gia đình sẽ được:
- Hưởng mức BHXH 80% nếu tham gia khám chữa bệnh đúng tuyến.
- Nếu khám bệnh vượt tuyến, người tham gia sẽ nhận được thanh toán 100% cho dịch vụ khám chữa bệnh tại bệnh viện tuyến huyện, 60% cho điều trị nội trú tại bệnh viện tuyến tỉnh, và 40% nếu điều trị tại bệnh viện tuyến trung ương.
